Oroquieta City Citizen’s Charter provides information on the City Government’s frontline services, step-by-step procedures, processing time, and fees for requesting services or other transactions.
Oroquieta City Citizen’s Charter reflects the City Government’s enhanced standards for all its services to stakeholders consistent with the objectives of Republic Act No. 11032, “An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services, Amending for the Purpose Republic Act No. 9485, otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, and for other Services.” It aims to reduce processing time of all public transactions and ensure accessible and convenient delivery of services to the public.
