CITIZEN’S CHARTER
The Oroquieta City Citizen’s Charter serves as a comprehensive guide to the City Government’s frontline services. It provides clear and detailed information on procedures, requirements, processing times, and fees for various public transactions.
This Charter reflects Oroquieta City’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and accountability in line with Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018. It seeks to streamline procedures, minimize red tape, and ensure prompt, convenient, and accessible service for all citizens.
